What is covered

Food & Beverage Service runs over 12 sessions. Every session is practical: you are shown the thing, you do the thing, and the facilitator tells you what you got wrong while there is still time to fix it.

Attendance is marked at every sitting, and the certificate is awarded on 75% attendance and the fee settled in full — so what the certificate says about you is true.

The certificate

Attend at least 75% of the 12 sessions and settle the fee, and Annivas College certificates you for this course. The certificate carries a serial number the College can verify, so it stands on its own with an employer.
