About the College
A TVETA-recognised college with one measure of itself: what its graduates can do on the first day of work.
Annivas College was founded in Nairobi to answer a shortage the country felt long before anybody wrote it down: employers with work to give out and too few people trained to take it. The College teaches into that gap and is judged on it.
Teaching is organised into six schools, and each school answers for the programmes it runs — the syllabus, the examinations, and the workshops the practical units are taught in. A programme is approved before it is advertised, so a programme listed on this site is a programme running.
Examinations are set, marked and moderated inside the College before any result is released, and a released result is what appears on the transcript. Nothing is published out of a mark sheet that is still open.
Students carry their own record. Registration, attendance, coursework, results and the fee statement are all readable from the student portal, and the College's own staff read that same record rather than a copy of it.
Our core values
Seven, and the College is willing to be held to them.
Our journey
A young college, and honest about it.
Opened in Nairobi to put quality training within reach of people the existing colleges were pricing out.
The College takes up recognition as a TVET provider, so that what it examines counts outside its own walls.
Digital marketing, software engineering and healthcare — chosen because employers were asking for them by name.
Work starts on teaching online, so that a student in another county is not a student the College has to turn away.
Certificate and diploma programmes in artificial intelligence join the School of Engineering and Technology.
Who runs the College
The people accountable for what is on the rest of this site.
More than fifteen years in education management, and the person the College answers to.
Curriculum and academic standards: what is taught, and what a pass has to mean.
The technology programmes and the equipment they are taught on.
Applications are open
